Shane Roberts - Founder, CFT Level II: ISSA Specializing in Fitness (all Forms), Nutrition, and Supplementation Shane Roberts has been involved in sports, martial arts,
bodybuilding and fitness for many years. After spending several
years as a certified fitness trainer (certified through
International Sports Science Association) he pursued a career in
Professional Wrestling, performing for 4 years with major
promotions such as WWE, as well as internationally in Japan.
Over the recent years he has pursued an acting career and has
used his physicality to land many roles in commercials,

Kristi Roberts - Founder,
B.S., Psychology After graduating magna cum laude from Biola University (La
Mirada, California) in 1994 with a Bachelor of Sciences degree
in Psychology, and after working for 7 years as the right-hand
"man" of H. Norman Wright, a nationally known marriage
counselor, author and speaker, Kristi knew where her passions
lay: she loved working with and helping people. Fanatical about
her own ongoing pursuit for wellness, Kristi knew she wanted to
help others, specifically women, teens, and children, achieve
their optimal wellness as well. |

Jonathan Jones - Independent Trainer, CPT: NASM Jonathan Jones has been involved with fitness for the past 8 years. He had struggled with his weight ever since he was a kid. Playing offensive line for his High School football team he reached his peak weight of 310 in the fall of 1999. New Years Day of 2000 Jon decided he was going to adopt a new life style, and through diet and exercise he dropped down to 195 over a seven month period, he is now at a comfortable weight of 205. In addition he is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and is certified in CPR. Jon's hobbies include MMA, Television and Film. Sandra
Larson - Independent Trainer, CPT: NASM Sandra has been active in the fitness world
for most of her life. She played sports in
Junior High and High School. After high school She got a job as
an aerobics instructor. She got married soon
after that and had 2 children. That is when
the real fitness challenge began. She had a
hard time losing the weight from both pregnancies.
She had a friend that was in great shape that started to
show her how to workout and the importance of lifting weights.

Amy has 10 years experience as a personal trainer, a Bachelor of Science Degree in physical education/pre-physical therapy, and a Master of Science Degree in gerontology with an emphasis in wellness/exercise and aging. Collegiate athletics and sports weight training provided Amy her own foundation and understanding of fitness as she applied her education. Initially certified through International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer, Amy is a current member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association, and is a business licensing owner with Achieve Fitness USA. As an instructor for Coastline College, Amy taught six fitness/balance and mobility classes for older adults age 65+, which reached over-capacity for registration during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters three years in a row. Recently, Amy graduated from the Long Beach Police Academy, and has incorporated her police training skills into running fitness boot camps. Michelle Bunderson -
Independent Trainer, Michelle has been active in the Health and Fitness world for most of her life. In University, Michelle got a job as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) while pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She enjoyed teaching group exercise classes so much that she went on to become Nationally Certified in Personal Training while also attending Massage School to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Michelle has been able to combine her background as an educator with her health fitness qualifications to guide and empower people to be proactive in the life-long journey of health and fitness. Michelle has personal training specialties in: Functional & Sports Specific Training, Core Strengthening & Conditioning, Integrated Flexibility, Body Sculpting and Weight Loss and offers One-on-One Personal Training, Group Training and Bootcamps. Her massage specialties include: Swedish Massage & Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Hydrotherapy.

Brian Stiff -
Independent Trainer, CFT: ISSA As an athlete, Brian has been involved in Fitness and
Sports Conditioning his entire life. While working as a
Certified Personal Trainer (with International Sports Science
Association) for several years, Brian competed in natural Body
Building competitions. Brian’s background and certifications
enable him to work extensively with clients of all ages and
levels of fitness to meet their personal fitness goals—whether
it be weight loss, muscle gain or body conditioning. Some of
Brian’s clients included Youth who were training for
Performance Enhancement while other clients were Seniors who
trained with Brian to improve Balance & Coordination.
